That Day When It Rained

Spread the love

My new raincoat got tested while I was looking for a stream.
I was afraid that my paperboat would crumble before its dream.

But then I found one nearby our park, pheww!
I placed my crumbled boat perfectly and waited for my cue.

With a loud thunder from above, I released it from my end.
What will be its fate, I couldn’t comprehend.

It wobbled, it wobbled but it sailed throughout the stream;
For a second I was confused if it was I who was living his dream.

Do comment your favourite Memory too. This was mine when I was a small boy who had learned how to make a paperboat:)
